Returns policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from The Romantic Collective.
The Romantic Collective has a strict 7 day return policy. Meaning the customer must inform us within 7 working days upon receiving the product and courier the product back to The Romantic Collective.
We unfortunately have a non-negotiable no refund policy. We will gladly replace the purchased product if the product is still in stock or credit you in the form of a gift voucher to be used on The Romantic Collective online store to the same value as the original purchased product.
The Romantic Collective accepts returns based on the following:
- Damaged products received, caused by manufacturing or delivery damage.
- Incorrect sizing. Sizing can differ on each individual item as different styles and materials affect the cut and sizing.
The Romantic Traveller - as these are import items from all over the world the sizing structures differ on each individual item. It is the customers responsibility to confirm sizing as per our size charts and measurement instructions on each individual item online before placing an order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before sending your returns back to us, please mail us the full details regarding the purchased product and damage or incorrect sizing details at returns@theromanticcollective.com. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the fault is not on the Romantic Collective’s side. Shipping is non-refundable. The cost of reshipping will be at your expense.
If your return is approved, based on a manufacturing fault on our side, the cost of return shipping will be at the Romantic Collective’s expense both ways.
The Romantic Collective does NOT accept returns based on the following:
- Damaged or Dirty products caused by the consumer.
- Used products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.
PLEASE NOTE:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the fault is not on the Romantic Collective’s side. Shipping is non-refundable. The cost of reshipping both ways will be at your expense.
If your return is approved, based on a manufacturing fault on our side, the cost of return shipping will be at The Romantic Collective’s expense both ways.
