Hopeless Romantic and aloof dreamer - more is more and NEVER enough, I am an Aquarius from Cape Town who found a love for photography at the age of 21. It all started when I realised I couldn't even draw a stick figure but knew somehow my career MUST revolve around people, art and travelling, three dimensional art and REAL raw moments and love between people. Then I fell in Love with Wedding Photography - ALL OF IT!! It is everything I ever dreamt about doing - being creative under extreme pressure, ever changing, finding my unique style and clients who loves the something different I so abundantly boast from. It's actually crazy!!! Other than Photography - I am Engaged to my High School sweetheart (we've been together for 15 years!!!), have two beautiful dogs and stay in Durbanville, Cape Town. LOVE travelling, weird artsy music, different foods and flavours, fashion, cooking and exploring the wild outdoors. To be brutally Honest I am an extreme introverted extrovert so as loud and social as I can be, I enjoy being alone in my own space dreaming up new ideas, being crafty at home and enjoying my friends and family in privacy x

As a little girl I always played with makeup, a cute Thinker-belle set was my chosen toolkit with which I created wonderful works of art. Most of my playtime was spent in the hair salon of my mother whom allowed me to absolutely explore the creative side of me.

After studying skincare, working in the beauty industry and teaching at Isa Carstens academy in Stellenbosch, I realised that my one and only passion would always be makeup. I always dreamt of making woman pretty and making a difference in someone’s life.

I opened my own makeup and hairstyling school in 2010 and I am very proud to say that the last 11 years in the makeup industry has been a wonderful and fulfilling journey and I am exactly were I belong, I am living my dream! Everyday!

I am also very much in love with my very handsome husband, married for the last 11 years. And have the 2 most beautiful boys, Wilhelm and Daniel.

I thank God for every day and for every opportunity and I thank Him for holding my brushes and for giving me the knowledge to see what my client’s needs are. And I give all the glory to Him.
